2. Grievance Redressal Process

Submit Your Complaint

Email [email protected] with your registered mobile number, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documents.

Acknowledgment (48 hours)

The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours with a reference number.

Investigation & Resolution (30 days)

We investigate and resolve your complaint within 30 days. You will receive updates at key milestones.

Escalation (if unresolved)

If not resolved within 30 days, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India, RBI Ombudsman, or Consumer Forum.

For complaints relating to personal data processing under the DPDPA 2023.

RBI Ombudsman for Digital Transactions

For unresolved UPI, BBPS, or PPI wallet complaints. File at cms.rbi.org.in.

Under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, approach the appropriate District, State, or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

Savnex and Knotsync do not independently hold payment licences. All regulated financial activity flows exclusively through Zwitch and Setu.

How do I request access to my personal data?

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Access Request — [your registered mobile number]". We acknowledge within 24 hours and provide a structured export within 72 hours.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email [email protected] with the subject "Erasure Request". We confirm what can be erased immediately and what must be retained under law (e.g., financial records for 8 years). Erasure within 30 days.

How long does grievance resolution take?

Acknowledged within 48 hours, resolved within 30 days. If unresolved, escalate to the DPBI (data issues) or RBI Ombudsman (payment issues).

What happens to my money if Savnex shuts down?

PPI wallet and vault balances are held by RBI-licensed partners, not Savnex. The applicable RBI protection regime applies. Savnex will cooperate with any resolution process.

Is my data shared with third parties?

Only as described in our Privacy Policy Section 5 — with licensed payment/banking partners for service delivery, and where required by law. We never sell data.
